you to those who have made the Cowboy Christmas show an
annual success. We have received some great responses to
last year's show and are looking forward to setting even
more milestones for an event that has in three short years
become a prominent annual show.
We have
changed our dates this year. As a result of some of the
feedback received from shopper's at last year's show we
have decided to correspond with most people's paydays. The
benefits should be seen in this year's sales.
This
year we are offering:
Exhibitor
booth $-- - 10' x 10' space. 8' draped backdrop
with 4' draped side walls. One electrical outlet, one
skirted table and two chairs are included at no extra
cost to you. These are the standard spaces available
to everyone. Each additional booth space required is

Artist Booth $-- - 20' x 5' booth space specially
suited to print artists. 8' draped backdrop with 4'
draped side walls. One electrical outlet, one skirted
table and two chairs are included at no extra cost to
you. There are a very limited amount of artist spaces
available and they will be offered on a first come -
first serve basis. |
To
Guarantee your space please remit your refundable*
$100 deposit with your application and a post dated
cheque for the balance dated November 1, 2002.
